Terms & Conditions - Athens Garden Stay By booking an Athens Garden Stay property, the Guest agrees to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment • Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once the initial payment (or full amount) is processed. • Direct Booking: For bookings made through our website, the total price includes all taxes and cleaning fees unless stated otherwise. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy • Standard Rate: Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. • No-Show: In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. 3. Security Deposit & Damages • The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during the stay. • We reserve the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for any broken items, deep cleaning required, or missing property discovered after check-out. 4. Liability • Athens Garden Stay is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items belonging to the Guest. • The Guest uses the garden and apartment facilities at their own risk. We are not liable for any personal injuries occurring during the stay. 5. Early Check-in / Late Check-out • Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an extra fee. • Unofficial late check-outs (without prior agreement) will be charged at €20 per hour. 6. Right of Entry • The host or maintenance staff reserves the right to enter the property in case of emergency or to perform urgent repairs. 7. Governing Law • These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Athens.
