House Rules - Athens Garden Stay Welcome! We want you to enjoy every moment of your stay. To ensure a comfortable experience for you and our neighbors, please follow these guidelines: 🚭 No Smoking • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. • You are welcome to smoke in the garden area only. Please use the ashtrays provided and keep the doors closed to prevent smoke from entering the house. 🤫 Quiet Hours (Greek Law) • Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during official quiet hours: • Afternoon: 15:30 – 17:30 (3:30 PM – 5:30 PM) • Night: 23:00 – 07:00 (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) • Parties or loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. 🚽 Plumbing Care • The Greek sewage system is very sensitive. Please do not throw toilet paper or any other products into the toilet. Kindly use the bins provided. 🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance • Please take care of the furniture and equipment as if they were your own. • Trash should be disposed of in the public bins located on the street (Blue for recycling, Green for general waste). ⚡ Energy Saving • To help us protect the environment, please turn off the Air Conditioning, Lights, and Water Heater whenever you leave the apartment. 🔑 Check-in & Check-out • Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM). • Check-out: By 11:00 AM. • Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. 🚫 Visitors & Pets • Only guests included in the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. • No pets are allowed on the property.
